Assembly:

The product does not require assembly. 

Cleaning:

The wooden parts simply need to be wiped down with a damp cloth.

The mattress cover can be removed and machine washed at 30 degrees.

The rope has a specific odor (caused by impregnation) that fades with time and does not bother you.
